I help businesses and senior executives achieve more. Identify what you really want and get there faster.
I became an executive leadership coach in 2007. Over the course of 20 years in senior and executive leadership positions, I‘ve been fortunate enough to have a coach ‘walking beside me’. When I’ve grappled with difficult professional issues, feelings of isolation, self-doubt and sleepless nights I’ve had powerful conversations with my coach. As a qualified business and executive leadership coach, I now have the privilege of walking beside senior leaders who want to keep on top of their game. Since becoming a coach, I have always had a coaching supervisor. In 2017 I qualified as a coaching supervisor, as the next step in my own professional journey.
We work in an increasingly busy environment, where people have access to us 24 hours a day. An increasing amount of evidence-based research shows that senior leaders who take time-out to reflect have increased levels of wellbeing and they are more productive. As a senior leader, it is difficult to find quality thinking time or have someone you can talk things through with. A good coach will have a coaching supervisor, to develop their coaching practice. My clients and I have confidential conversations, where they have time and space to reflect and we work through their issues. From their feedback, clients enjoy my straight-talking style and ability to get to the heart of a matter quickly.
I’m a Chartered Manager and hold a postgraduate diploma in strategic management. I am a qualified business & executive leadership coach and coaching supervisor; with a diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London and a level 7 certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Additionally, I have a master’s degree in education and am an accredited Workplace and Employment Mediator. If you’re interested in psychometric testing, I’m qualified with the British Psychological Society (BPS) to carry out assessments by leading providers.
I consider myself lucky to work with smart, ambitious people, and I take great pleasure in watching them succeed.
