Before we start
At an initial meeting, we’ll define what success looks like for you and put tangible measures in place.
Every coach is different. It’s important you find one aligned with your company values and able to provide the outcomes you want. I only work with sponsors who:
- leave the agenda to their employees (my client). Coaching only works if the conversation is led by the client.
- ask for feedback on themes and not specific individuals. Confidentiality is key to success.
- have ethical outcomes. For example, I can’t ‘coach’ employees to stay at your company – or to leave.
- put forward employees with a desire to learn and grow.
One-to -one coaching
